1.  PASTRY COMMIS

Kitchen professionals with safe food handling procedures experience, having the passion and knowledge of pastry and maintain the high

service s standard in every plate served

2.  JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Kitchen professionals with fine dining establishments experience, has experience of leading 4 or 6 people, has knowledge of HACCP best

practices, having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served.

3.  FB ATTENDANT

FB Service professional who is self motivated and outgoing personality, good communication skill and prefer to work as a team. She has

tactful skill of fine dining restaurant operations, the confidence to manage the team, and the passion and poise to consistently deliver high

quality of service. She must also posses strong administration skill as well as presentable and communicative personality.

4.  SPA HOST (RECEPTIONIST)

Female Spa Host with Spa experience or Sales experience, that should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as a reception in a

confident manner that will create a calm, serene atmosphere and impress both internal and external guests. Has a passion in delivering the

service to the guest.

5.  SPA THERAPIST
Female Spa Therapist who has experience working for 5 star spa with high level of service standard and attention to detail. Sound

knowledge of body anatomy, pressure points, natural ingredients and products will be most beneficial. Has a passion in delivering the

service to the guest.

6.  ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER
Engineering technical specialist who is equally capable of organizing and leading his team in ensuring seamless, environmentally-friendly

operations. A person who is results-driven and is able to provide recommendations and solutions that are sound and accurate. Proven

track record of successful implementation of energy-saving and cost-savings measures would be an advantage. He must also posses strong

administration skill as well as presentable and communicative personality.

7.  STOREKEEPER – FINANCE
Finance professional with storekeeping, purchasing or receiving experiences who should possess passion and detail orientation in managing store rooms, identify different types of materials, able to work closely and efficiently with computer and system to produce and balance daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

COMMUNICATION HOST (TELEPHONE OPERATOR)
A professional hotel person with Food & Beverage Service, Reception or Operator experience. He should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work in a confident manner projected through their voice and word choices to impress both internal and external guests with prompt and efficient services to cater their messages, requests and food and beverages order. System literacy: Opera Fidelio, Micros, Microsoft Office, EDC Machine

VILLA HOST (BUTLER)
A professional hotel person with Front Office, Food & Beverage Service or Housekeeping experience, who is well-groomed, discreet, trustworthy, tactful, honest, hard-working, proficient and sincere. She should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as a butler in a confident manner that will create a calm, serene atmosphere and impress both internal and external guests. She is able to create a warm atmosphere to make the guest feel to stay at their own house.

RESERVATION AGENT
A professional hotel person with Reservation experience, that should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as a reservation in a confident manner that will create a calm, serene atmosphere and impress both internal and external guests. System literacy: Opera Fidelio, Micros, Microsoft Office.

FB SUPERVISOR
FB Service professional who is self motivated and outgoing personality, good communication skill and prefer to work as a team. She has tactful skill of fine dining restaurant operations, the confidence to manage the team, and the passion and poise to consistently deliver high quality of service. FEMALE – FB ATTENDANT

Candidate should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as FB Attendant.  acts to make things better for the customer and has an ablitily to take an initiative in learning and selling product

GENERAL CASHIER  (FINANCE)
Finance professional with  1 year experience in general cashier position and Provides all cashiers daily change, including extra change for long weekends and special occasion. records in the general cashier’s daily report, and includes in the daily deposit all cash and check received in the mail.
Able to work closely and efficiently with computer and system to produce and balance daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

A Front Office person who has sound experience in 5 star establishments in the similar responsibility is invited to join our Front Office management team. The candidate should have strong personality traits that supports his/her decision making efforts, efficient time scheduling, maintenance of highest cleanliness standard and detail orientation in villas and to work harmoniously with related departments to conduct daily maintenance. She/he must also posses strong administration skill as well as presentable and communicative personality. Able to give a training for team member to develop and improve the quality of service

COST CONTROLLER – FINANCE

Finance professional with  2 years experience in cost controller position who should possess passion and detail orientation in Cost Report, review the daily receiving report for all materials. Do a calculation of loss and breakage report from retain service charge, compute and recrod costs in the standard recipe and standard drink recipe, perform analysis of the menus and compute standard food cost. Able to work closely and efficiently with computer and system to produce and balance daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
